Each Daves is made on-demand. We manufacture every 10 working days (2 weeks). From there, our order leaves the warehouse and you will receive it within 24/48 hours.
The total delivery process will be carried out in the range of 12-15 working days (3 weeks) from the order placement. 

 

 

How can I track my order?

When placing your order you will receive a purchase confirmation email.
When your Daves leaves our warehouse, you will receive an SMS and email with your order tracking code.

 

Can I change or return my order?

You can make size changes, product changes and returns through this portal within 7 days from receipt of the product.

For size or product changes, also write to us at hello @ davesbrand.com explaining the change you want to make. Write in the subject 'Change of size' or 'Change of product' as appropriate.
We recommend you follow the size guide that you will find on the product page to make sure which one suits you best.

Once we have received the product, if it is in proper conditions, we will proceed to the requested exchange or refund.

The costs will be borne by the customer.

The refund of the money will be made within 7 days from the receipt of the product. You will receive a notification when it has been done.
