Shipping policy

WHERE DO WE SHIP?

Spain* We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

Portugal* We do not ship to the following islands: Madeira, Porto Santo, the Azores, São Miguel, Santa Maria, Terceira, Pico, Faial, São Jorge, Graciosa, Flores and Corvo.

United States* Shipments are subject to customs charges payable by the customer.

WHAT ARE OUR DELIVERY TIMES?

For the time being, all our Daves are handcrafted and made to order. Our production time is 5 working days. We work hard to reduce these lead times as much as possible. As soon as your order is ready, we pack and ship it, notifying you by email and delivering it to you within the time frame set out in the table above.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Of course! Once your order has left our premises, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your shipment. The tracking information may not be up to date yet when you receive the confirmation email, but there is no need to worry: it will be available within a few hours. You can also ask us about your order by clicking the chat button you will find in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.

DO I HAVE TO PAY HANDLING FEES ON INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS?

If your order is going to a country outside the European Union, the shipment may be subject to duties, taxes or other charges under local and/or customs laws. We will ship your parcel under the DDU incoterm (Delivered Duty Unpaid), which means that Daves will take care of delivering it but will not cover any customs charges or local taxes that may apply.

The person to whom the order is addressed will be responsible for all customs costs associated with importing the products (even if they refuse the order). If you are sending products from the Daves website to someone who lives outside the European Union, please make sure they are aware of all this.

The order may also be delayed for customs reasons.

HOW DO I MAKE AN INTERNATIONAL RETURN?

To arrange a return, follow the instructions at this link. Remember that you must submit your request within 30 days of receiving your order, and all items being returned must reach us in perfect condition, with their tags and without having been washed or worn.

Any return requested from a country outside the European Union must be made at the customer's own responsibility and expense. This includes the transport costs and import taxes of the destination country (Spain), which must be paid within 14 days of the product's delivery date.

Once the customer has paid both costs and we have received the product at our warehouse in accordance with the conditions set out above, we will refund any outstanding amounts. You can find all the information in the Returns section.
